- A one-night deposit is required within 14 days of booking for each
room reserved with the balance due upon check-in.
- If you need to cancel, you must give us notice 24 hours (one day's)
prior to check-in. Call the Villas direct at: 876-953-1967 and ask for
the front desk or reservations dept. If you cancel less than 24 hours
prior to check-in, you will lose the one-night deposit per room. We
reccommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your forfeited deposits.
- If you need to modify your dates, you may do so up until noon EST/EDTon
the day before you are supposed to check in with no penalty.
- If you only need to drop the day of arrival, but still plan to
retain the remaining nights, you must call us before noon on the
day you are supposed to check in.
Packages:
- A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of making the reservation.
This covers all room deposits,plus deposits required by vendors involved
in your event package.
- Due to planning requirements, the final balance must be paid no later
than 30 days prior to arrival.
- If you should cancel your package within 30 days prior to arrival,
you will be assessed a fee of up to 50% to cover vendor and resort penalties.
